Imagine IF...

The Innovation Festivals “IF…” are the celebration of innovation and creativity across six European cities - Barcelona, Kortrijk, Milano, Lisboa, Vilnius and Tallinn.The Innovation Festivals are part of the European Commission initiative PRO INNO Europe, which seek new and better innovation policies for countries and regions across Europe. 

IF...Vilnius will include not only activities organised exclusively for the event but it will also allow other activities happening under the umbrella of this festival. If…Vilnius is organized by Lithuanian Innovation Centre and Lithuanian Design Forum. Partnering organisations and other regional stakeholders will also be invited to link foreseen innovation related events.

The key message of IF...Vilnius is - in order to succeed you need to partner. Partnership accelerates creation and introduction of novelties, exchange of ideas and knowledge. Partnership is necessary to bring any good idea to life. Showing an example of productive partnership If…Vilnius is organized together with annual design event – design week. Design week is one of the biggest design events in the country and this year is dedicated to innovations and differences they can make in design world. Combined with design week, IF...Vilnius will provide practical examples and success stories about importance of partnership in innovation process.

If...Vilnius aims to reach a wide range of audience: students, scientists, business, designers, artists, government institutions and general public. Various kinds of activities and events are seeking to show the necessity of creating bridges between different worlds of science, arts and business.
